Reflexology self care techniques
Applying simple Reflexology self care techniques on your hands, and/or gentle stimulation using a golf ball, firm rubber ball, or spiky ball on the corresponding reflex zones on your hands and feet can extend the benefits, and provide you with additional support and relief between treatments.
