Support and self care strategies

Your health and wellbeing is up to you, but I can offer suggestions for appropriate support and self-care strategies.

Your support team

It has been said that it takes a community to raise a child.  I agree with this, and also that it takes a team to facilitate your optimal health and wellness.

Each individual is just that, and we would discuss tailored support strategies during a consultation, but here’s a few that I have experienced and recommend:

Primary care and allied health

Reflexology self care techniques

Applying simple Reflexology self care techniques on your hands, and/or gentle stimulation using a golf ball, firm rubber ball, or spiky ball on the corresponding reflex zones on your hands and feet can extend the benefits, and provide you with additional support and relief between treatments.
